bit disappointed that although the ad states computer repairs undertaken they are either selective in what they want to undertake or have added abroad selection of skills/capabilities merely to attract customers. in any event it was a wasted call on my part. i also gave the company the opportunity to redeem itself by providing me with a referral to a company who could provide my repair- this was not offered prompting me to take the trouble to log into your review mechanism and leave a comment.- a first time for me.
Your' star' system does not seem to have an unsatisfactory so i have used the minimum one star although the service was clearly not adequate.
