Don't trust these guys
These guys turned up for the quote on our pool fence and we gave them the job the next day. Over the next 3 weeks we tried to pin them down to a date, but couldn't even get a returned call. It was never the boss who answered the call and the staff couldn't tell us anything! Finally got a call back to say they had under quoted and would be an extra $400. Ok, so we needed the fence - we gave them the Ok the following day. Another 2 weeks of not returning calls and the standard it will be 4-5 days, but never giving an actual date before we gave up. Basil Fawlty gives better service.
The system doesn't seem to allow for a less than 1 star rating, which I would give.
