Very disappointed
We had Aladin come to our house to clean our light coloured couch and several carpets. After the couch dried, we are left with very visible streaks of clean and unclean areas. We rang Aladin several times to ask him nicely to please return to have a look at the result. We have given him plenty of opportunity - 4 weeks in fact - to rectify the situation and deliver a good job. He has simply refused to come back to reinspect his job. I am incredulous and certainly wouldn't recommend doing business with Aladin, Allstar Carpet Clean.
