Balloon Elegance's balloons has got to be one of the most premium ones I've seen from Sydney. I had seen my friend use this for her son's 7th birthday, so I tried contacting them when I wanted supplies for our work's annual Halloween party. They were accommodating and helpful with picking out designs for our event. The team was punctual, and they set up the place in short notice.
