With regret, I am writing to end our cleaning arrangement. Quite unexpectedly, we will be moving interstate and a cleaner will no longer be required.
I wanted to pass on our gratitude to yourself for the cleaner you provided us with. She is an absolute credit to your organisation. Punctual, reliable, friendly, trustworthy and above all, excellent at her job.
We do have high expectations of our cleaners and have had a few cleaners over the years and the cleaner you provided is the creme da la creme.
I am sad to end this arrangement as over the past three years I have come to not only appreciate her fine work but I also feel as though I am saying goodbye to a friend.
