A workout at the Curves Chatswood women only gym is a complete workout including all five necessary components: Warm-up, Aerobic exercise, Strength training, Cool down, and Stretching.
Curves Chatswood uses the Curves hydraulic resistance machines and systems so there are no weight stacks to manage or change. Safe, accommodating resistance keeps you moving smoothly and safely around the circuit. You push, then pull, rather than lift and lower weights, thereby reducing the potential for soreness and injury. A safe, load-bearing activity helps to maintain bone density and fight osteoporosis.
Being a women only gym, Curves Chatswood offers strength training that women can actually do. Any age can use the equipment because it adjusts to your ability. The resistance in Curves equipment increases to meet the force generated by the exerciser, so exercisers get out of it what they put into it.
The Curves workout has been proven to be effective at protecting muscle, burning body fat and raising metabolism. In clinical trials, the least fit exercisers expended 164 to 238 calories during a 30 minute Curves workout, while the fittest burned more than 500 calories.

Curves has really changed my life!
I used to be a couch potato but after discovering Curves Chatswood, my life is quite different. The staff really look after me and motivate me to achieve my goals.
