Terrible experience!
Booked coffee machine to fix leak on a Monday. By Weds, hadn't heard a thing. Called, only to be told that 'corporate customers take priority', as if that were an explanation. Got call from Technician Thurs, who can't find evidence of leak. Clearly hadn't spent more than 3 mins looking, because pouring one coffee from this Cimbali Junior M21 causes bench-top flood! I told technician what I thought might be causing leak - three-way valve exit pipe leaking against front panel. Probably needs adjusting. Didn't hear back until told machine was ready. Cost $154. Got machine home, made coffee and flooded entire bench top. I ended up fixing it myself in 20min using a small piece of rubber, and found second leak from drip tray. How easy was that, and why can't a 'professional' do it?
