The Restaurant
The restaurant is where Head Chef Flavio works his magic. Flavio offers a weekly changing menu of adaptions of contemporary classics utilising the freshest produce from the providore as well as seasonal specialities.
The restaurant also houses our impressive wood fired pizza oven manned by two Italian Pizzaiolos producing what Sydney Magazine has called ‘one of Sydney’s top ten Pizzas’.
Open for Breakfast and Lunch 7 days a week, the Restaurant also comes alive for dinner from Wednesday to Saturday.
Catering
Maintaining the highest culinary standards, we use only the freshest seasonal produce for our catering, serving restaurant quality food to go. Our chefs are able to meet all your catering needs. We supply everything from a gourmet sandwich lunch for 10, to a cocktail and canapé party for 100 +.
Whether traditional or contemporary, our team will make sure that your menu is ideally suited to your needs. Freshly prepared in our own kitchen, and baked in our wood-fired oven, all our chefs are passionate about what they do and this is reflected in the bespoke service we provide.

Peter Quattroville, who owns Fourth Village, was an early adopter of the Food Store trend with his Four Olives Deli in Manly that he ran for three years from 2000. He installed a cheese room, prepared food and bottled his own olive oils. Then he sold Four Olives and went on a travel spree for five years, walking the streets of New York and admiring stores such as Dean & DeLuca and Balducci's. His retirement was cut short by his oldest son, John, who convinced his dad to take on a massive, run-down art deco building and transform it into a market, grocery, deli, kitchen and restaurant. Like their food store compatriots, the Quattrovilles honour honest produce. "We have a farm and we understand what it is like to bring food to the table," says Peter.
