Very dishonest company and owner. Go somewhere else. They will quote you a price and then once you pay change what they are willing to do for the $1k you paid, demand additional money to do what the original agreement was, and then refuse to refund the money for the services they did not provide even after the owner Ross promised he would do so. Each time it was the same excuse from the owner/Ross that he would refund the money tomorrow or next week........ but he still has not refunded and continues with the excuses
If you wire the money (which is only way he allows payment) you will have no recourse and the owner will just blow you off for months with every childish excuse in the books............
Go somewhere else, there are plenty of other reputable service companies out there. th
