A Guarantee That Isn't

Despite receiving a recommendation from a friend to use this service, upon using it I can only express my profound disappointment.

Our problems was with ants inside our house. He sprayed inside and out and gave us a "3 month guarantee". Within a week they were back in force inside our kitchen. 2 days after he returned to spray again, they were again back in our kitchen.

We are in a triplex, we do have adjacent walls with other buildings, but after contacting him again, all we received was a list of reasons why there was nothing more he could do and an offer of a 50% refund.

May well be fine for stand alone houses, but if that isn't you, think again!

Apparently a 1-star rating is meant to be "adequate" on this site, in this case it is merely the lowest rating I could enter.
