Your trainer knows who you are, what you can do, and how to get the best out of you. Choose between our larger "FitSquad" group fitness training sessions, or our smaller more intimate group fitness sessions of generally no more than 6 people

We specialise in all aspects of running training. Whatever type of running training you are interested in, from "Learn to Run" to marathon running training, we can help you achieve your Personal Best.

If you are training for a specific distance event we recommend you follow a personalised running training plan. Our running training plans are tailored to your needs and take into account your current fitness levels and running background, past injuries, your goals and the time you have available to spend on training.
