Our Coffee Jamaica Blue's exclusive gourmet espresso coffee is expertly blended and roasted by our own master roaster Fred Vains. Fred lives and breathes coffee and rejects anything less than perfect. He travels the world to find the best beans.
Premium bean selection Jamaica Blue's distinctive blend of espresso coffee is sourced from eight countries. The various beans are specifically chosen for the distinct properties each bean brings to the blend.
Expert blending Our blending delivers; * Consistently even roasting. * Uniform development of flavour. * Rich colour throughout.
World-class roasting Jamaica Blue has the most advanced roasting facility in the southern hemisphere. After expert roasting, the beans are cooled and stored for three to four days to allow them to stabilise and breathe. Once they've developed full flavour they are carefully packaged and sent directly to each Jamaica Blue cafe.
Expert baristas Our baristas produce expertly extracted, high quality espresso coffee which appears as perfect dark liquid, topped with a golden crema. This crema will be seen when you order a Jamaica Blue short black or espresso.
