Jill graduate of Macquarie University in Early Childhood Education studies * Jill has studied the Kodaly method, and has been awarded the Australian Kodaly Certificate in Music Education.
* Jill is an affiliated teacher of the Kodaly Music Education Institute of Australia and is known as a Do-re-mi teacher
* Jill has studied extensively in early childhood music education. This
includes an intensive early childhood music course with John Feierabend,
who is a national leader in music education in America. She has also
completed an early childhood music course at the Dalcrose Summer School
in Queensland. She regularly attends workshops to update her knowledge.
* Inclusion is important in her teaching program. Jill has worked with
children with additional needs and their parents in groups. These have
included children with autism, attention deficit disorder and developmental
delay. Jill has also studied in this area.
