My wife and I wanted to get fit for a trip to Europe. Kim worked out an exercise programme suited to our ages (66 & 63), ability and fitness level. In each of the sessions she ensured that we were doing the exercises properly to get the most benefit from them and at the same time provided encouragement and motivation to keep going.
