I WILL NEVER GO BACK!

I have been a client of this practice for many years.

I had an appt in Sept. Took my receipt to Medicare for reimbursement. Medicare lost the receipt.

Rang the centre to arrange a duplicate receipt. I was advised they do not 'do' duplicate receipts.

The best they could offer was a letter to Medicare to arrange reimbursement. Great, I said. I would really appreciate it.

Then came the clanger - the letter costs $30!!!!!

It would have taken them all of 5 minutes to flick back through the receipt book on the desk and write out a duplicate which I would have gladly gone and picked up at a time convenient to them.

So much for customer service and caring about your regular clientele. They wouldn't budge.

I advised them I won't be going back but they couldn't care less.

Disgusting! Unprofessional - NO RESULTS

I had three sessions with Dr Saw. Each time he was so rude to me. Never spoke to me about what he was doing or how I was progressing. I just got 'lay on your back', 'turn'. He was just trying to get people in and out within 10minutes. On my fourth session I was concerned about how dark the veins were and asked a polite question, if this was normal. His response was astonishing. He verbally starting abusing me, telling me that I was 'One of those people who was never happy!". I was stunned and in complete shock. I have never been spoken to like that by anyone, let alone a Dr. I explained that I was asking a question, and the abuse kept going telling me that I was one of those people. I left shaking and in complete shock and horror. The worst part is my legs are worse. Never use him

Dr H.L. Saw - unprofessional consultation

I have just come back from the consultation with Dr Saw (Lauren International Vein Centre in Penrith) and disappointed by his unprofessional attitudes.
The minor (which I would not even mention in different circumstances although the first impression is important) - no greetings, just “seat there” and a dirty, with traces of food/drinks tie.
The major – all the emphasis was made on the cost/affordability of the treatment and not on the personal health issues so I had a feeling of being at a Timeshare presentation when a salesman needs to close the deal. I was not given a copy of a consent form, in which medications used in the treatment and all possible side effects of these medications were outlined, so I would not have an opportunity to discuss consequences of the treatment with my family.
Furthermore, when I asked Dr Saw for a pen so I could take notes while he explains the required for me procedure (as he does not provide you with the written version of it) and ask him questions after he finish, he refused to do so (although he had a bunch of pens on his desk)!!! Every time I attempted to ask a question I was rudely stopped. Also he could not give a clear answer on what is “one treatment during touch ups”.
That was the first time I experienced such rudeness and unwelcomeness from a doctor, and I definitely had no intention to continue any business with Dr Saw, especially one regarding my health. If a simple consultation went so wrong, just imagine what could happen if there were any issues during the treatment itself!
I asked if another centre (Castle Hill) had a different doctor, but unfortunately, as said, he was the only doctor there as well.
