Lesley didn't reply to emails before our wedding day, she ARRIVED LATE TO OUR CEREMONY after me (bride) and didn't register our wedding with the Department.

Long version: we contacted Lesley online and decided to go with her because of her cheap rates. My husband and I only wanted a small ceremony in Australia to fulfill the legal requirements, as our big celebration was to be in Italy so we thought we didn't really need to do much research - oh how we were wrong. Things went from bad to worse:
- she forgot to bring the forms or a pen and spent half an hour going off to find a printer
- I had to ask her a few times to send examples
- I emailed her our sample ceremony and she didn't respond until the day before
- she came late on the day
- she promised to register our wedding & didn't
