We were picked up in manly today for our return trip. We had a very pleasant experience two weeks ago when we were picked up from Airport. Today was a different experience. A quarter of the way through our trip the driver stated we owed $20 for our oversize baggage. He loudly announces this in front of other customers. He had spent time the first quarter of the trip on his mobile phone calling the office, shuffling papers, texting all as he drove. Turns out they charged us for the two year old to
Hide the extra cost of the Pram and car seat. He then dropped us off much further away from our terminal and became confrontational out of the van telling me he didn't appreciate that I complained about him. He stood right in my husbands face. 4 days later management has not responded
