I am a Sydney based Dietitian and personal trainer who focuses on helping people achieve all of their fitness and health goals. In a fun and challenging environment, I will push and motivate you to realise your bodies full potential.
I have been strength training for 11 years and have trained around the world (including Australia, Hong Kong, Philippines and the USA) experiencing numerous training styles and results.
Absolutely delighted with the way I look...
I was feeling (and looking) very overweight and decided that the time had come to do something about it. My daughter's wedding was six months away and I realised that if I wanted to loose the 16 kilos I had put on over the last few years I would need help.
David's exercise sessions, though hard for me at first, really made me feel fitter than I had for a long time. The exercise sessions, combined with diet advice, enabled me to reach my target of loosing 16 kilos and I can now look for a 'mother-of-the-bride' outfit that will compliment my slimmer figure rather than an outfit which would hide my size.
I am absolutely delighted with the way I look now and I know that I would not have been able to achieve this result
