Our trainers make programs specific to your individual needs and modify
exercise intensity and complexity to suit you. Our trainers provide complete
full body workouts for your cardiovascular and endurance systems as well as
training your upper body, lower body and core strength. We use a range of
equipment from suspension trainers, ladders, cones, hurdles, weight vest,
dumbells, medballs, fitballs to kettlebells.
We will assist you in nutritional advice and give you workouts to do at home.
Our exercise programs can be made to suit many types of different environments. It can be provided in the comfort of your own home, backyard, at your local park, beach or even office.
All of our mobile personal training sessions are 45 minutes long.
