Iam an active 29 year old guy who works on roofs all day and loves extreme sports and found Pilates in Harmony mat classes in Collaroy to be hugely beneficial, authentic and progressive. Sarah the instructor is very knowledgable, personal and experienced and has inspired me to practice the pilates method of training as often as I can. Im feeling more mobile and flexible, more stable and definately stronger, expecially through my core muscles.
I very much recommend more blokes to go and get into it!!
