What an absolute joke this store is!!!
We bought a $1,400 couch based on what we saw in the showroom & what they delivered was nothing even close. One piece was a totally different colour, the stitching was rough, there were holes in numerous places & rips in the bottom fabric. One piece was so poorly made it rocked on the floor. Tried to send it back with the delivery truck (as agreed by shop assistant on the ph) but they called the warehouse and were instructed not to take it from us. After countless phone calls to the manager of the warehouse we were inconvenienced further the next night having to load it onto the back of a ute. We asked for a refund & now they won't take our calls. Also they said it was locally made here in WA but it arrived half wrapped with made-in-china stickers all over it! Avoid this store at all cost!
