RamSpeed Automotive welcomes you to our state-of-the-art European vehicle service and performance centre located in the Hills district of Sydney, only 1min off the M2 Freeway and the Abbott Road exit.
The facility was officially opened by our sister company RamSpeed to facilitate increased demand for a premium quality, European vehicle service and maintenance facility catering for enthusiasts and owners of special vehicles with above average service expectations and access to competitive products and realistic value.
Besides the actual workshop space, the total area of 340 square meters include a separated engine diagnostics and ECU tuning area, special tools area, three work bays with all the necessary equipment as well as top quality lubricants for European cars like Castrol EDGE and other premium and OEM recommended oils.

Paid for a pre-purchase inspection and based on their advice bought the Merc. Turns out they didn't do anything other than take my money, as a second inspection (after I bought it) told me that anyone who said this van was ok to drive or buy should have their licence revoked.
My personal experience has been awful. They're liars, cheats and rip off merchants. Andrew, the owner, refuses to even discuss the problem with me so I've had to raise a formal complaint with the Department of Fair Trading due to their negligence.
I certainly couldn't recommend them to anyone...
If you're thinking of using Ramspeed I suggest you do your research first.
Just because a company has a good looking website doesn't mean they know what they're doing!

Advice
Called Ramspeed for some advice about my car as it wasn't starting and I thought it had something to do with the starter motor. They were able to tell me what potential problems could have caused it and I was able to get it checked up and fixed.
The only downside I would say was that I had to call back as I think they had either too much work or someone was sick that day.

Great customer service
I guess the main things which took my attention was the fact that the workshop was very tidy, and that they were very attentive to my needs, some of which I did not even think of asking. One such example was a car wash, my VW was shocking yes, but they brought it up, and I agreed for them to get it washed for me. Simply beyond my expectations.

Simple problem fixed
Just had a slight problem with my car, the light on the dash kept coming up for no reason and it was fixed quite quickly. Took less than half an hour for them to plug in their equipment and clear that up. I have been driving for a few days now and the problem hasn't come back.

Local perfection
I was looking for a local workshop to service and repair my Alfa, and Ramspeed popped up. Though it was only a service, i'm quite satisfied with their quality of work.
