The man behind this thriving business has been running around butcher shops since the age of ten. Raised in a family of butchers, Ray left school at the age of 16 and completed his apprenticeship, became manager and later bought the same butcher shop in North Sydney.
With demand for a higher quality of meat available to the public, Ray the Butcher has opened another butcher shop in Kirribilli, conveniently located under the Milsons Point train station, Kirribilli.
