Worst tradie I have ever dealt with
I had my floors sanded by Michael. The quote was was for fully sanded back and 3 coats and gaps between boards filled. He didn't fill the gaps, he only did 2 coats and he couldn't sand back most of the floors because they were too old. Quote only adjusted very slightly. He then claimed he couldn't send me a receipt. He did come back to finish off a patch he missed which was great. I have been trying to contact him to fix up a patch in my bedroom and he has ignored my calls and messages. The floor bubbled and peeled off in spots. Really disappointed I used his services and I would not recommend using him. Advice would be don't pay him until you have looked at his work properly and confirm he has done what he said he would do. He seems to have an excuse for everything.
