Bodywork
I have been a regular client of Michael for the past 5 months and am very grateful to him for the changes that have resulted in the bio-dynamic massages he has given me.
Prior to seeing Michael, I was experiencing a lot of emotional upheaval as part of a healing process that I was in. I was finding that my old wounds were being triggered on a regular basis and was leaving me feeling overwhelmed. Additionally, I was also experiencing energy sensations that would leave me feeling unstable.
As soon as I started to work with Michael I noticed a difference. My emotions became much less intense, I was able to hold my experiences better and my energy sensations became a lot more stable. I found that to be held in a way that included the body was something I hadn’t experienced before.
