Kim Barnes is passionate about nappies and since 2001 has provided expert advise to thousands of parents.

In 2004 Kim began to develop a suite of nappies that showcased the new modern cloth range and gathered samples and detailed information about disposables and eco-disposable nappies.

“I wanted to dispel the myths and concerns about cloth nappies and give families the full range of options – not a guilt trip over using disposables. We all need support with a young family and I found that the information just wasn’t available for parents to make clear decisions”

By 2008, Nappy Education Sessions were held monthly at their shop in Northcote. The key aim was to provide an impartial forum for discussion on all types of nappies. Since then The Nappy Experts have been working with councils, parents groups, maternal health groups and the wider community, providing education and information.
