These previous reviewers obviously own, run or are related in some way to these guys. Should know better than to expect anything better from any retailer in Australia.
Can't fault on installation time though (as their contractors are assumably forced to get people's solar power generation panels on their roof's before the June 30 deadline), it was quick.
Too quick aparently!
The thing has broken down only after a few weeks and the after sales service ...well... leaves you thinking I just handed over $10k for no reason.
You would expect some curteous follow call to your own notice of a problem with what you have just purchased. instead, we have had to make countless calls to the retailer and then their installation contractor to get our problem looked into.
