Review revised October 2011. - 2 years & 10 months to get some sort of response to our complaint!!! and not a very satisfactory one at that, a one star rating, only because it is the minium we can enter.
The worst timber floor that we have ever seen. Boards are lippy, drummy & cupping along with dangerous sharp slithers, appearance is embarrassing. We will have to save and have much of the floor refixed to the slab to eliminate the drummy sections, boards with the sharp slithers need replacing, the whole floor needs to be resanded to remove the cupping & then resealing.
