Very unprofessional.

Runs after hours hospital as his first job and this is his priority.

We didn't get everything in the contract.

Our chosen print from our pre-wedding shot for our wedding day for our guests to sign wasn't delivered on time, so we had an empty frame at our wedding. We weren't notified until just before our reception started.

Rude in emails.
Doesn't believe in the motto "the customer is always right".

We only got 9 of the 12 enlargements we ordered (and one of those we didn't even order).

He refunded our album package cost and refused to deal with us after we said we were unhappy with a couple of things.

Said we needed to consider our tone and perceived tome in emails (maybe he needs to consider how he reads emails).

so much more...shame
